Spatial video converter

Twineye

Turn ordinary video into Apple Spatial Video

Twineye uses a bundled depth model to create a second viewpoint from ordinary video and encode the result as Apple MV-HEVC spatial video. Processing runs locally on Apple Vision Pro and Mac, with no upload, account or network connection.

Twineye

Bring existing memories into spatial video

Spatial capture is ideal for new footage, but older clips remain flat. Twineye creates depth from a selected source video so it can be viewed as spatial content on Apple Vision Pro.

On-device depth estimation

A model bundled with the app analyses each frame locally.

Apple MV-HEVC output

The result is encoded in Apple's multiview spatial-video format.

No cloud workflow

Source and output files stay on the device you control.

Vision Pro and Mac

Convert on supported Apple Vision Pro and Mac systems.

From a 2D source to spatial output

What conversion can and cannot do

Twineye estimates depth from a single viewpoint. The result is synthesized spatial video, not footage captured by two physical cameras, and quality depends on the source scene, motion and visual detail.

Frequently asked questions

Does Twineye upload my videos?

No. Conversion is performed locally and the app does not need network access for processing.

What format does it create?

Twineye encodes Apple spatial video using MV-HEVC.

Is this native stereo capture?

No. A bundled depth model estimates a second viewpoint from ordinary 2D footage.

Which platforms are supported?

The current release targets Apple Vision Pro and Mac, with visionOS 26 or later listed for Vision Pro.
